ESC Module

The battery that will power the motor is connected to the ESC. The motor is also connected to the ESC. The control cable of the ESC is connected to the control receiver. Many ESCs have a feature called BEC. BEC lowers the voltage from the battery and supplies the control receiver.

ESC Types

1- Brushed ESC: ESCs with motor connection consisting of 2 cables and used with brushed motors.

2- Brushless ESC: ESCs with motor connection consisting of 3 cables and used with brushless motors.
